Finally I got it, JP's solo release, Suspended Animation.

I really digg this ablum, lots of modes and its pretty heavy too. The ablum is kinda progressive but without the insane drummin of Mike Portnoy. Damage Control gotta be my fav tune and is one of the longer tunes on the ablum.

Since JP is such a big fan of Steve Morse, I was kinda thinkin that maybe we will get to hear a celticish (<---if there is such a word) tune. But overall its a pretty good ablum

Funny Story

Today is kinda funny, at my workplace, we got this one angry customer who was so pissed off bout our exchange policy that he threatened to sue us lol. Its so unfortunate that there was something wrong with that batch of games and we were unable to exchange a new copy for him.

He was so worked up that we had to tell him if he does not calm down, we will be forced to ask our security officer to escort him out of the building lol. He was could not get the message across that there's a default with all the games and insisted that we do a exchange, we told him we could only refund him as there was no other choice. He juz simply would not give way and even threatened to sue us. I mean what a joke which part of there is something wrong with this batch of games did he not understand?

Personally I think SPG did not do anything wrong, the nude photos of her were very artistic. Maybe its because I'm a musician so I dun find the pics to be erotic or anything. I view it in a different manner.

Its like comparing Pop to Jazz or Pop to Prog Rock. Jazz/Prog rock, they are a very advanced form of art, not many people understand them. The pictures of SPG, its artistic not erotic but because of its nature not many people can fully comprend the meaning of it. How sad, maybe its because in Singapore we are too into books and money and not artistic value.

DT's 8th studio ablum will be out on Junt 7th in 2 weeks time. Man I can't wait to get my hands on this ablum. DT is probably the best progressive rock/metal band out there now.

However it is so cheap that my first impression was it gotta be illegal but the website is very well done and it looks really professional. In addition to that they got some really hard to find CDs/Labels as well. So I decided to actually do some searchin and I ended up with some pretty interesting results.

Couple of months later, on my way home from downtown, I had Real Illusions: Reflections spinnin on my iPod, its a really kool ablum I think, its kinda different from all the instrumental ablums out there. The tone, the feel and the groove of the ablum is really different, even the structure of the tunes amazin.

Warlock Addons

After playin in MC for WoW, I felt like I didn't have enough hands to properly play my Warlock so I ended up downloadin a couple of addons so I dun have to micro manage my pets while playing my Lock

Here are the links and all Warlocks should really download them, gonna make u a better player but however there are some bugs but I'm sure its gonna get fixed soon:

Necrosis is a shard + hs + SS tracker among others.

Servitude Resurrection is a great addon for managing ur pets.

CT Mod/Raid Assist/Raid Tracker is probably the most used addon in WoW and is almost a required addon most endgame guilds will require you to get.

Team Speak is another software most endgame guilds will ask you to get.

Warlock Patch Update

Wow....new update by Bliz and we are still gettin nerfed.......

Man whats wrong with Blizzard? Almost all of the classes got some sort of new spells except Warlocks and we have been gettin nerfed this whole time. Can someone from Bliz even explain?

u know, I'm really sick of how Warlocks are gettin nerfed so thats y I've not been updatin lately.....

Warlock Basic

Well before I start, I wan ya'll to know that I'm juz writin what's in my head so there might not be any order to the guide.

Ok today I'm gonna talk abit bout Warlock in general. You get a new pet/minion every 10 levels.

You get a Imp at the start, Voidwalker (10), Succubus(20), Felhunter(30), Felsteed(40), Infernal(50), Doomguard(60)

As of now, I find that you can solo with any of the pets except Felhunter cuz its too weak but however it is a great pet in PvP especially against casters. The reason y I say Felhunter is weak/useless in PvE is because alot of times if you are fightin a caster, they got very little life and there is no need for you to pop a Felhunter juz to kill them, takes you 10sec to cast the Felhunter unless you are spec in Demonology and it will take you about 10 - 15 sec to kill a caster so y cast the Felhunter???

Ok back to topic, I think that the learning curve to be a good Warlock is one of the longest in WoW, not only do you need to learn how to play the Warlock properly, you gotta be able to play ur pet correctly as well, in other words you gotta be able to do micro managment very well. I think that a good Warlock will *not* have alot of his pet's skills on auto cast.

For example at lvl 60, if I'm using VW as my pet, I will send him in to taunt the enemy and I'll cast Curse of Agony, Corruption and Immolate last. I'll usually get aggro after VW taunts the enemy after the 3rd time. At this point I'll turn Taunt off. In the forums alot of people are complainin that VW runs out of mana too fast, reason? Simple they have everything on autocast. Unless you have improved Voidwalker, you will get aggro somewhere around the 3rd taunt. If you have imp. VW, its very hard to get aggro off VW. If you dun turn taunt off and juz leave it on auto cast, you are simply wasting mana cuz once you get aggro, its very hard for VW to gain aggro again and you will simply be wastin mana and most likely VW will not have enough mana after teh 2nd or 3rd fight.

Next up, I'm gonna talk abit bout the Warlock himself. Ur primary way to deal damage would be using Damage over Time (DoT) and some Direct Damage (DD). The difference? DoT spreads out the damage over a period of time but DD deals all the damage in 1 burst. For example Corruption does 666 shadow damage over 27 sec so the damage is spread out evenly over 27 sec, about 70+ damage per sec. Shadowbolt does 455 - 507 damage in 1 hit. Couple of main difference between DoT and DD. DoT cannot crit but however once you land a DoT on a mob, you will always do the same amount of damage unless you are fighting a mob that is very much higher level than you. As long as the mob is not immune to your spell, you will always have a very constant DPS unlike a DD, you can do less damage deal to high resist. But however because you cannot crit with a DoT sometimes it can take a while to kill certain mobs. But fear not Warlocks do have a mixture of DoT and DD, although we may not have as much DD as a mage, we do have enough spells and pets to make ourself useful in a group or solo.

But the way, I dun think a Warlock is suitable for dealin out high DPS or for constant nuking. We can do it but its not mana efficient, we should only do it if there is a need for it. I will go into more detail at a later date.

Next up I'm gonna talk abit bout the rest of teh skills we have in general. From level 10 onwards, you will need to learn a new spell call Drain Soul. Castin it rite b4 a mob is about to die will yield you a soulshard. A soulshard is used for summonin certain pets and for castin certain spells. Like it or not as of now you need to have a bag for soulshards cuz they dun stack. In certain instance, I can go through 20+ shards per run. Warlock is also one of the few classes able to deal out damage using AoE. Hellfire + Rain of Fire, although we are not as good as a mage but we are acutally a very decent AoE class.

Personally I think Warlock is kinda inbetween we dun do as much damage as a Rogue but we are very constant, we can't stack AoE but we are decent enough to be useful. We can soulstone, healthstone, AoE, deal damage, do crowd control, scout instance. I would define a Warlock as a utility player.

I've been playin the Warlock since open beta around early November 04 until now and Warlock has gone through several changes from being a primary damage dealer to a Dotter to finally now a debuffer.

Personally Warlock dun fit in as a debuffer. We dun debuff as well as the other classes. Why use Curse of Recklessness when Sunder Armor reduces the armor more? One more reason why we dun fit in as a debuffer, as of now you can have only 8 debuffs on a mob, meanin in a raid or even in a group of 5, a Warlock's debuff is useless cuz its gonna get cancelled out. Hell I ain't even doing damage in a raid unless I nuke.

But however its not that bad though, we are still useful and I'll reveal more on how to play a warlock over the next few days.

Well.....I really wanted to play WoW but its good that I'm able to control and not pre order.....especially with all the problems rite now....its been like 2 days and it seems to me that everybody's spamming Bliz.

1) U can't create a account unless u got Credit Card which u won't be able to unless ya'll over 18 which is y there's the Game Card option which Blizzard have so nicely provided us with. But they forgot to inform the public that even though the game will be release on the 23rd, the Card will ONLY be shipped on the 29 meaning u probly won't get it until the 30th or later.

2) U gotta have a US/NZ/AU issued CC to be able to sign up......actually I send an Email to blizzard b4 the launch asking them regarding the whole only US servers are live and only gamers from US/NZ/AU are allowed to play and they told me that once all the planned release for China/Europe are ready, gamers will be allowed to play where ever they want.......dude what's the diff in letting us choose the US servers now and like 3 months later? I'm not going to play in Korea cuz I absoultly have no freaking idea what the hell they are talkin bout.....I really dun enjoy playing in the China server cuz frankingly speaking they are pretty slow. So I'm still left with US as being the only choice.....to be honest after playing Diablo for so long, I find that the ping between the US West and Korean server to be neligable. So y would I choose Korea? and since I was in the OB testing of WoW I can say that I'm pretty much LAG FREE!!!!!!!

Wow for the first time in my life, I got my 2nd Van Halen ablum, the first one I got was For the Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, in cassette form, I pretty much lose that ablum real quick.

Today, I went downtown saw their greatest hit and figured that I really muz get this ablum, how can not have any Van Halen ablum???

To be honest I've heard quite a number of VH covers but yet have not heard the original version. My first time, now I know what people mean by the brown tone that VH is so famous for!!!!!!!

Didn't do too much update last week anyway I added one new track, probably will add in more later today.

Anyway I juz got Music for Speeding by Marty Friedman.....wow great tone and I can hear some Megadethish riffing/soloing in some parts of his playing.

Overall I dig this ablum although I won't say that its really heavy like some Megadeth ablum but its total departure from the Scenes ablum. Think I gotta get a few more Marty Friedman CD.

The cover of the CD even say that its the edited version adn when teh CD was checked back against teh CDDB, it says its the Clean version....I wonder what's teh diff between the clean and dirty version......

Anyway I dig track 2 and 6, Do It For The Kids adn Fall To Pieces, so they will go up on Rock Guitars Unite, by 2morrow.....great tone on Fall To Pieces and I dig the overall feel of DIFtK :-)

Very different from Slash's Snakepit and GnFR...but after a few spin, its not bad...not bad at all.

There is really a problem w/me

I think I really have a problem....I'm getting headache all the time...even when I'm playing the guitar....and not I'm not doing metal...juz Jazz licks and I can feel my pain...I think I really gotta go c a doc b4 I like freaking die or sometime...

Hahah I need to do something

Due to the lack of classes and even though I'm taking up online classes as well, I feel that my life is still kinda empty cuz there still ain't enough things to fill up my time....

Rock Guitar Unite Update

Well my station's ranking based on my genre is bout 200+, not bad I say for a new station and its only been up for the past 4 days or so...I think I probably do something like 2 updates per week or weekly update.

Migrain?

I think I might have migrain or something....I keep getting headaches all the time from fairly painful to slight pain....man the has been going on for the pass couple of months....maybe I should be cing a doc....

Sweaty Palms

Anybody got it? Well I do and there are several ways to treat it. first up you can go for a small operation, the sucess rate is pretty high.

The next way is to apply this medicine on the affected areas, which is the method I use. It works,but has also cause the skin on my palms to peel off a fair bit, which is annoying for my cuz I play the guitar and everytime the callouses peel off, my finger tips really hurts, I've actually stop using it but I do notice that I don't sweat as much now, the effect last pretty long per coating. It can last up to about 2 months. but I dun really dig using it....

Stretching

If ya a guitarist and have been playing for a while, try this.

Your fingers on ur left hand will be longer than ur right, cuz you gotta stretch those fingers to play some of the chords on the guitar.

I've been thinking if I'm able to stretch my self, I might beable to get a couple of inch taller. Hehehehe I'm not very tall, juz slightly under 5 6 , maybe I can stretch myself to like five six and a half????
